was created during the challenging Covid period of uncertainty and turmoil in the world to represent our inner world and allow us to self-reflect. Each painting is unique in its own way and speaks to the visual elements through intuitional art embracing a mix of styles.

This naturalism is visible in the different types of shapes and colors I have used to create a visual effect to pose as reminders that we all have that glimmer of love, light, and peace within us that can always be tapped into under any circumstance. The flow of these elements evokes a sense of unity and connectedness with ourselves, one another, and nature.

explores and expresses the multitudes of complex emotions that women carry and guard internally. It looks into our intimate internal world as opposed to what we show to the outer world. My career in education and parent coaching has allowed me to connect with so many women and continue to admire our strength because we live with this vast internal world that we don’t feel comfortable expressing externally due to the paradigms of our society.

My inspiration to explore these myriads of feelings is expressed through the colours, lines, and brush strokes in my sketches, drawings, and paintings.
